When shipping orders to customers via our web site we usually ship within 2 business of receiving the order.
We check for orders daily and will endeavor to have your order on its way in the quickest possible time.
When your order is shipped we will send you an email with the tracking number.
Delivery times will vary depending upon the distance traveled and time of year.
Most orders should reach their destination between 4 - 10 days of being shipped.
Most international orders are delivered within 10 to 15 days after arriving at the foreign postal administration.
If you become concerned about your order please send an email after a reasonable amount of time has passed and we will trace your order for you.

We ship via USPS ground for most orders.
All charges are calculated at check out. Postage/shipping costs will be automatically added to your order and are visible at checkout.

International Shipping

For all our United Kingdom customers, please visit Amazon UK or Ebay, to place an order.
We do not offer free shipping to international destinations.
Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
When ordering from us, you're responsible for any Customs, Duties & Taxes by your country.
We offer shipping to Canada and Australia via USPS First Class.
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.

Return Policy
We want you to love your hair and skin care products.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly refund your order within 30 days of receipt.
For sanitary health concerns, we do not allow exchanges.
Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed from the time that we receive it. Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment that you used to make the purchase with.
We will email you a notice of your refund when it is issued. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
